Enrique Arellano is Newland Chase’s Managing Director for Mexico and the founding and senior partner of Enrique Arellano Rincon Abogados SC, a law firm specialising in Mexican corporate immigration law since 1976. A recognized expert in Mexican immigration law, Enrique is a frequent lecturer, author, and consultant on various national and international immigration policy commissions. He is a graduate of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México Law School and past chair of the immigration and nationality law committee of the International Bar Association.
Daniela Rojas Islas is an Immigration Manager at Newland Chase focusing on corporate immigration law for many of the largest multinational companies operating in Mexico. She has wide experience in designing corporate immigration programs, compliance monitoring, and immigration consultancy. Daniela holds an International Relations Degree from Universidad del Valle de México and an International Degree from Universidade Europeia in Lisbon Portugal.
